• Where is the store based?

  Helsinki, Finland

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, NAO MIU Design ships worldwide!

• Shipping

  All items will be sent in Priority first class. The shipping cost is $4 worldwide no matter how many products you order!

  This shipping option does not include a tracking.
  If you want tracking it will cost more, please send a message before buying.

• Shipping with tracking

  Sadly sending items from Finland with a tracking code is really expensive (a letter under 20g to overseas is about $17 with tracking) so everything will be sent in Priority first class without tracking. It is very rare for anything to go missing in the first class though.
  If you want your items to be sent with tracking please contact the store before ordering.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 7 days to a month (or more during holidays).

• Storenvy fee?

  Storenvy has added a 0.59 - 3$ fee on all orders, it is not charged by NAO MIU Design.

• When will my order be shipped?

  Your order will be shipped as soon as the items are ready. Ready items will be shipped within 3 days.
  The post is open Monday - Friday so any orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday. If there are many orders it might take a bit longer (4-7 days) to ship since items are handmade.

• Can I cancel my order?

  It depends on if the order has been dispatched already, please message me and I'll see if it's still possible.

• Do you accept Stripe as a payment method?

  For now, no, sorry. All orders are made through Paypal. If you are from Finland you can also pay via bank transfer or mobilepay, please contact me in any social media.

• Where do you get your materials?

  For pearl necklaces I use partly recycled pearls from local second hand shops, rest of the pearls are either bought from hobby stores in Finland or Karnaluks in Estonia.
  Charms and metal parts are ordered online or sometimes found from secondhand stores. Ribbons and other jewellery parts are from hobby and sewing stores in Finland. Acrylic crosses are lasercut by a friend from scrap materials. I use lots of different materials, some bought new and some thrifted, if you want more info on a spesific item please just send me a message😊

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
